I like to think of the world as a big treasure map. The treasure can be found anywhere. That is how I view life. There just aren't that many people who know how to find the treasure. Life can be enjoyed in so many ways. Friends, traveling, culture, volunteer work are all links to the "treasure" of life. I am generally an optimistic person with a great sense of humor, fairly easy-going, and I don't think that I'm not too critical about things, but I also believe that it takes two people contributing to a relationship to make it work. I am looking to find a like-minded lady where we can participate in activities together and encourage each other to pursue their interests as well.I think I know what to take serious, and what is important and what isn't. I place a very high value on friendships/relationships because really good close ones are hard to find. You could not find anyone more honest, loving, caring, sincere, faithful and straight to the point than I. I don't play games. Never have, never will. I won't and can't act like I care about someone if it just isn't there. I am also the type of person that if you lie to me, I'm done. I can trust but if you give me a reason not to, then so be it. I would rather you be completely upfront than to find out you lied to me. I can accept anything except someone who is deceitful, unfaithful and does not care about another persons feelings. I feel at this stage in my life, I am looking for someone who would be my new best friend. Someone to share my life with, share my day with. Someone that truly understands the meaning of "inner happiness" and knows that life is full of ups and downs. Someone down-to-earth, but still believes in dreaming. Someone that I'd miss when they're not there and can't wait until I see them again. Someone that loves to take my hand, and knows how to lend a hand. Someone who truly knows the meaning of "partnership". Someone that knows laughter really just might be the best medicine. I'm not looking for a woman I can live with, I'm looking for a woman I can't live without.
