To open with a cliché or not? Let's not. I'm not going to pretend that I'm a "regular guy" or that I'm an enigma wrapped in a Rubik's cube wrapped in a gyro. Yum. What I am going to tell you is that I'm on a journey. I am a wanderer who is rarely, if ever, really lost. I live in a world of theoretical possibilities, each one firing off into a different direction existing only within the confines of my mind. I deliberate for awhile and then... I pick one. Sarcasm, slapstick, double entendres, and zany observations make up a large portion of my sense of humor. At first, it'll take you a little while to figure out if I'm joking or not but when it hits I guarantee that your empty look will become a smile and occasionally raucous, semi-embarrassing laughter. Good times. I'm very tolerant and flexible but I am no pushover. I can agree to disagree on a number of issues and still be very happy spending time with you. In fact, I might prefer it. I love to learn and test my knowledge, if you can do that you'll make a lot of progress with me very quickly. Thomas Jefferson once said, "In matters of style, swim with the current. In matters of principle, stand firm like a rock." That describes me pretty well as far as most topics go. However, you won't find me lusting for whatever is currently "in-style," I quite simply don't have the patience to keep up with the mainstream flavor of the week. I'm comfortable hanging out and being out. I like to be active. I'm laid-back, but mentally kinetic and it manifests in the most random ways. I have a thing for redheads. I think clothing should be optional. I like to look at things closely, I like to conceptualize and I like to dream. I'm beginning to appreciate the simpler things in life. I'm actual and factual, but I am not really down-to-earth. I'm abstract and often creative with my language. I like to look at the stars. I like culture; Japanese, Mayan, and Russian are probably the most interesting to me, I want to spend more time leaning about them. Want to know anything else just ask, I'm an open graphic novel.
