Does anyone find it difficult to tell others about yourself. For example you might be really good at something or have something in common with someone but for some reason you don't tell other people, because you aren't very good at conveying who you are. For most people it comes naturally. I'm not sure it comes down to anxiety, i think there is a skill to giving out this information. For instance if i am at work on a break and there is a group conversation going on discussing something that i might know a lot about i am not very good at seizing these opportunities, and when i do i often feel it is very forced and unsubtle. I just seem to lack these kind of social skills.
