I am a full-blooded Filipino and first-generation American. I am proud to be both. The combination of my heritage and my nationality enrich my life in countless meaningful ways. Meaningful ways which I hope to share with another. I have developed beliefs in what makes us the same, and an appreciation for the differences that make each of us unique. I am hoping to meet people who have also discovered the magic of their own uniqueness, and peace in knowing that what makes us the same does not diminish our own individuality. With all of those deep things covered, I hope to laugh with someone, hang out with someone. I am in touch with my inner ; it offsets my inquisitive nature. I like to live in the moment. But I also over-intellectualize. And of course I am sometimes prone to working too much. I'd like to teach the things I know. I'd like to learn the things I don't. I'd love to share stories of things I've learned and seen. And, being a geek, I'd love to be gently and lovingly corrected when I think I know about something, and really don't. I'm seeking the American dream, but with my Filipino family values.
