I like to consider myself a laid back guy who has learned over the years not to take himself too seriously. I value communication and still believe in old fashioned things like honesty and monogamy. I’m 43, 6ft, 200lb Spanish guy. I have lost 20 pounds and am hoping to lose about 10-15 more. Family is very important to me. I have two , 18yo girl and 24 yo boy. My just graduated college and is a new teacher and my is in her first year at USF. They are both very important to me. I'm not looking for a second parent for them, rather a good friend and a good influence. The rest of my family is spread across the US but I am very close to them and hope to share my family with a prospective partner. I love to do lots of things both indoors and outdoors so I won’t bore you with the laundry list of typical activities. It’s more important to me whom I do things with than the activity itself. Although I will tell you I am a sports guy. I know gay and sports aren’t supposed to go together, but what can I say. I do clean up nice but am definitely the t-shirt and jeans kinda guy. I sing in a gay men’s chorus for my creative outlet, and I would prefer to spend time with friends hanging out in the backyard rather than hanging out in the bar. Although a drink out every once in awhile or a night of dancing can be fun. I am a hopeless romantic and love to hold hands (yes, in public). Don't worry I wont hold your hand as we stand in the middle of East Oakland (what the hell are we doing in the middle of East Oakland????) but that occasional touch on the shoulder just to let him know you are there is something that is important to me. And I don’t hold hands in public as part of a statement on gay rights, I hold hands because he’s my boyfriend and that’s what boyfriends do. I hope to her from you soon.
