I was born in Indonesia, the former Dutch East Indies. After the war worked as a reporter, for a couple of years. Went to Holland to finish my education in the arts, specializing in sculpting./art history. My great interest in archeology got me to travel in many countries where I lived in many different cultures. Lived and studied in Florence (Italy), and Paris (France). Immigrated to the USA in 1962 and worked in Hollywood, mentored by Lucille Ball as a stage/film director and acting coach until I retired and moved from Costa Mesa to Hemet. I spend my leasure time doing wood carving, playing my instruments (cello, violin, harp). and studying the Bible.
